TMS International Corp. Declares Quarterly Dividend

PITTSBURGH, July 26, 2013 – TMS International Corp. (NYSE: TMS), the parent company of Tube City IMS Corporation, a leading provider of outsourced industrial services to steel mills globally, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved the issuance of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share payable on September 20, 2013 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 16, 2013.
